Banks Hardwoods, located in White Pigeon, Michigan, seeks a full-time candidate to join our team in a comprehensive office and sales support position.
Founded in 1985, we are a leader in the wholesale hardwood lumber industry with a highly respected international brand. We are a family owned and operated business with three locations in the Great Lakes region and approximately 150 employees.
We are looking for someone who will complement our team with a great attitude, confidence, pleasant people and telephone skills and the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Other requirements or pluses would be good organizational skills, being detail oriented, having the ability to multi-task with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
You will receive excellent training from experienced, professional team members who will prepare you for a successful career in the hardwood lumber business. Exposure to our manufacturing processes and all aspects of how our accounting and trading departments function are a part of that training.
Candidates should have a college degree or at a minimum, some secondary education preferably in accounting or business curriculum.
